Guardian Angel Inspections Named Top 2023 Affiliate Company By Broward, Palm Beaches, and St. Lucie Realtors®

November 6, 2023

Regardless of the type of career you’re pursuing, there’s no such thing as luck. While being at the right place at the right time certainly does help seize new opportunities, you can only ensure the timing is right by consistently delivering on your promises and working as hard as possible.

Just recently, Guardian Angel Inspections has been recognized as the
best local inspection company in South Florida by Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors® Association. Neat, right?

We’ve worked diligently for years to deliver the highest quality services and it’s an honor to have the third largest realtor association in the US recognize our effort. After all, Guardian Angel Inspection was the only company nominated for the prestigious award at the 2023 Realtor® Revolution conference where over 400 RWorld members graced the event with their presence.

Now that the dust (and the excitement) has settled down, what does this prestigious award mean for our clients?

What is a real estate association?

It’s common knowledge that real estate brokers prefer to be self-employed. That way, they get all the flexibility in the world without having to rely on a company to provide them with potential clients. They work for themselves only and develop their personal brand and client bases.

At the same time, working solo can be limiting. For example, agents who choose to go at it alone have to work extra hard to build up a good name and find the right resources. Plus, solo brokers and agents have almost no opportunities for education. This is why so many of them join real estate associations - trade groups where they get to share their resources and maintain professional support networks.

This provides them with training opportunities, such as access to licensing exams, prep courses, and so on. Furthermore, real estate brokers can also use a wide range of resources like reports that outline local housing market statistics or information on legislation that directly impacts the local industry.

Just as with any other consortium, real estate associations provide their members with incredible networking opportunities. New brokers can connect with colleagues in their area by attending social gatherings and networking events, which helps them build meaningful industry connections.

For instance, Broward, Palm Beaches & St.Lucie Realtors® are the premier Realtor® Association in South Florida. As the third largest association in the United States, they equip real estate agents and brokers with everything they need to thrive in their careers.

Relationship between real estate brokers and home inspectors

So what does this all have to do with the award we have received?

Look at it this way:

the association that provided us with the reward as the
top inspection company is home to many successful real estate agents. These individuals help numerous Florida residents (and those just moving to the state) find their dream home.

An integral part of this process is a home inspection, and in many cases, it’s the real estate broker or the agent that connects you with their go-to inspector. The most experienced agents already have a network of professionals they rely on to provide their clients with the highest level of service possible.

The same applies to the home inspectors. A great deal of real estate brokers and agents are choosing Guardian Angel Inspections because we always deliver on our promises. The expertise is there, all our inspectors are highly trained, and our support staff may be the best in all of Florida.

Being the first choice for real estate professionals who are a part of Broward, Palm Beaches & St.Lucie Realtors® is a big deal in itself, don’t get us wrong. But receiving such an award is even more impressive.

It’s a testament to our drive and dedication to offering the most comprehensive and reliable home inspection service in this area. We started this company first and foremost to help our clients make informed real estate choices. Judging by the accolades we’re receiving, we’ve reached a huge milestone in our career as we continue our mission: to deliver unparalleled service at a reasonable price for the fine citizens of The Sunshine State.

Road ahead

It took a few days for the emotions to subside and for the gravity of this responsibility to kick in. The RWorld award is prestigious and we’re happy to receive it, yet, it’s also given us a lot to think about.

Our services (obviously) are perfectly fine the way they are, but this award actually gives us the strength and the drive to push forward and try even harder.

Everyone knows about the “Oscar curse” that supposedly tanks the momentum of the Academy Award winners. Many careers fell victim to it, but we don’t believe it’s a curse at all. It’s just a case of complacency hitting hard once an individual receives the highest recognition they can in their respective industry.

While the award we won is no Oscar, it does hold the same amount of weight in the real estate industry. Sure, we could get lazy, but that’s simply not how we roll at
Guardian Angel Inspections

With Gina Soberon (our amazing business developer) leading us forward and our team of inspectors doing what they do best, we can’t fail. Supported by our office staff, we believe we can do even more for our clients and the industry at large.

We thank the RWorld team for the appreciation they bestowed us with and for choosing us as their inspectors of choice. Words can’t quite express just how grateful we are, so we’ll continue to do what we do best and even do it better as a sign of gratitude.

Lastly, we thank our little angel Nick for guiding our path every step of the way and giving us the strength to embark on this journey.
