Inspector was extremely thorough and went through the property in a methodical, detailed manner. The report was very clear and easy to read. The inspector and termite inspector showed up on time. A good experience and worth the money

We had a larger transaction of 21 townhouses in four different locations. Guardian Angel did a terrific job of promptly getting out to inspect these properties for us. Many items were found for which we had the Seller correct. I would suggest that you provide additional means of payment, such as wire transfer, physical address (not PO Box) for overnight mail, etc. Using a credit card only is not feasible for large transactions or non-local customers.

As a realtor, this is the only company I use and trust. Their inspectors are friendly, on time, explain the inspection to the buyers on location and walk them around. They offer one come back visit to confirm repairs were made. They offer a built in short term warranty, and have an extended warranty for purchase as well. They do recall checks on all your appliance that will notify you well past the sale date if anything should be of concern. They offer other services too, wind mitigation, pest control inspections, pool inspections, mold inspections, and septic inspections. The written report is very comprehensive with photos and delivered to your email the same day. You can’t go wrong with Guardian Angel. Trust them with the biggest purchase you’ll ever make.

My experience with Guardian Angel Inspections, Inc. was positive from start to finish. Courteous/knowledgeable people answering the phone and scheduling. My inspector was waiting for me outside of the property 10 minutes early. He was extremely detailed and answered all of my questions. He made sure I understood everything he was checking and went over it all again at the end. I received my full report a few hours later. Great experience and I would recommend them to anyone in need of a home inspection.

Guardian Angel was by far the best inspection service we have used for a home purchase over many years around the country. We were able to schedule the inspection right away, and the inspector Greg arrived early and had already started the exterior inspection when we arrived. He was very professional, friendly, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. We even received the inspection and wind mitigation reports the SAME DAY in under 8 hours!!
As stressful as a home purchase can be, it was refreshing to have such an easy inspection process that gave us total confidence. They also honored my husband's military service with a really great discount.

I would recommended Guardian Angel Inspections to any one that needs a through and complete home inspection. They were on time and completed the exterior before I arrived. Rick was efficient and his co-worker worked together and made the inspection swift and complete. Do no hesitate to use them for your home needs!

Our new home inspection was done by Juan V. On 04/06/2019. He was on time and we found him to be very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He spent 3.5 hours at our home inspecting every inch of the property. This was reflected in his very detailed inspection report that we received on the same day. On Monday 04/08/2019 Guardian will inspect the septic, water well and water purification systems. This is a family owned business and we’ve had the pleasure of communicating directly with the owners. We would highly recommend this company to others.
